MuchMusic is casting "a new, 1/2 hour reality show that highlights both the fun of making music AND the difficulties that come with being an unknown Canadian band." You must be between the ages of 16-25 and a member of an up-and-coming band or group that is willing to give Much full access into your daily lives for several days.
All musical styles are invited to apply. If interested, send an email to bands@muchmusic.com with the name of your band in the email Subject Line and answer the following:
- What is each band/group member's age?
- Where are you from?
- What is your band/group called?
- How long have you been playing?
- What is your style of music?
- Who are your influences?
- What are your goals?
- Are you working or in school?
- What are you struggling with (jobs, family, school, girlfriend/boyfriends etc)?
- If you have an interesting story, share it... but be brief.
- The link to your MySpace or website where the producers can see photos of the group and hear samples of your music. This is absolutely mandatory.
- Daytime phone number.
